* Provide support in human resource strategy development, deployment of key ``products

payroll and benefits programs in newly created territories. Built sound employee and
industrial relations with associates and suppliers in Cameroon, Ghana, Senegal, Benin,
Guinea etc. Coordinates stock options, salary reviews and incentive programs.
* Expatriates management: cascaded new AMPs policy to associates concerned by

salary surveys and liaising with consultants for compliance to local laws.
* Developed internship programs in each territory and conducted end-to-end orientation
programs from hiring to termination, writing job descriptions and role profiles and ensuring
compliance with local regulation.
