    Rueil Malmaison 2011 - maintenant The industrial representative is responsible of having the cars delivered on time and with the level of quality required .
    In order to reach these objectives he has a high level of autonomy and should take any decisions necessary in order to resolve any problem that could occur between the different partners on a wide spectrum of activities encompassing : supply chain (inbound and outbound) , quality , manufacturing , finance, engineering , IT , purchasing, spare parts.
    He has to Monitor and validate MRP accuracy. Recommend changes and adjusts planning as required. Identify and resolve data integrity issues.
    He has to challenge the Tofas plant in order to have a continous improvement by monitoring the KPIs defined using the lean manufacturing tools (A3, PDCA, 5S, standards, FMEA ..) .
    He has to take any action in order to maintain a level of profitability of the car by proposing and implementing any new process that could give value added to the customer (painted bumper process, special serie outbound process , cost reduction program , product evolution , stock evolution, adaptation of shift pattern, standard time evolution , .. ) .
    He participates and represents PSA in the different committees (logistics, finance, quality)
    His area of responsibility allows him to present at top level (corporate meetings every 3 months) the evolution of the different indicators and the action to be taken in order to improve them .
  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - International supply chain manager

    The international supply chain manager has to reach a global economic balance between stock inventory and commercial demand influenced by industrial and suppliers' constraints for group and joint venture plants in Latin America, Russia, Middle-East and Asia (17 lines with above 1.5 million vehicles per year Toyota , Mitsubishi , Fiat , Iran Khodro , Karsan , Magna Steyr, Tofas).
    For this he has to
    * Challenge the plants to define production plans (calendar, production rate, volume and constraints) on strategic horizons (five years), for the annual budget, forecast (four months) and firm plan (one month).
    * Define the production volumes and programs resulting from the global optimum. Follow up on the execution of production programs and monitor the plants monthly performance.
    His role of supervising and monitoring different kind of cooperations enables him to have a global overview of the different supply chain processes . He has to report results at top level (monthly meeting with top management) . He is a driving force in proposing and implementing any new processes related to programming and/or master scheduling. He should identify and resolve data integrity issues.
    He has to coordinate , explain and monitor the team as every member of the team use different processes. He has to ensure current practices are documented (Lean manufacturing requirement UEC level 3) .

    His area of responsibility allows him to present at top level (PSA Purchasing Management team/ suppliers ) the evolution of warranty cost reductions and the in field actions to be taken in order to improve it

    * Creator of `` Warranty Costs Reduction Program'': Create , Develop and implement a win/win process with suppliers based on quality results (financial incentive/billing according to results/targets) . Partnership implemented with Delphi (Diesel injection Division) : warranty cost reduction of 75 % of total warranty costs for a 12 month in-the-field period (injectors , ECU, pump, rail)
    * To Establish the entire process for the PSA Quality Awards (based on quality results on different field : Development , Zero Km quality , in-field quality)
    * To organize a quality matrix indicator that suits the purchasing division organization (to give to each supplier / pruchasing departments their level of quality)
  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - Plant quality evaluation manager

    * To Determine quality levels of the plant based upon 2 indicators (Aspect and Functional indicators) just before handling the cars to the customers. Establish a yearly plan of audit
    * To Propose action plans to be implemented in order to reduce the detected defects (Reduction of 22 % over 2 years of aspect defects and 33 % over 2 years of functional defects) when launching 206 SW and 206 RC.
    * To Implement the ``batch method'' (To stop production whenever quality levels have reached a level of non quality pre determined non acceptable)
