    1999 - 2014 Management and follow-up of projects for 3 teams (21 persons)
    * Pilot the team to implement the new strategic vision, moving from ECM to
    Governance management product line.
    * Implementation of the Agile methodology for the development teams that
    has reduced the time to market and increase the team spirit.
    * Research and development for RSD Glass, a product of information
    governance, developed in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Mysql-Oracle-DB2, and
    running on Websphere-Tomcat-JBoss.
    * In charge of the interface client since 1999. Follow up all the technology
    evolution from window application to RIA with commercial success and good
    feed-back from world-wide customers. Driving the developments in Flex and
    Java (jsp-servlet).
    * Ensure that key deliverables are on-time and on-budget by prioritizing
    projects and tasks, allocating resources, making timely decisions and
    managing expectations.
    * Stakeholder involvement, precise reporting and at ease dealing with C-level
    executives.
    * Coordination with the support services, product management, product
    owners, and documentation as well as the team of outsourcing in Slovakia.
    * Evolutionary maintenance of RSD Folders (ECM) and EOS (output
    management solution) products in the IBM z/OS and Unix environments.

  • RSD SA - Software engineer

    1991 - 1999 * RSD Folders: electronic document management on the client/server model
    (IBM z/OS or Unix). Development of the interface (java j2ee, JSP-servlet)
    and the protocol of data exchange.
    * EOS: report transfer from a server to a local database in order to facilitate
    the visualization and the manipulation (C, C++).
