Studied the impact of an HIV infection on the NK-DC crosstalk.
Experience:
- Cell culture of primary immune cells (NK cells, monocyte differentiation toward dendritic cells).
- HIV infection of dendritic cells and HIV replication monitoring (p24 staining, p24 ELISA and proviral DNA quantification).
- Flow cytometry: Intracellular/extracellular stainings; apoptosis assays (7-AAD). Cell quest and Flowjo softwares for aquisition and analysis respectively.
- ELISA assays.
