  The mission of the Support Assistant for Women Leaders is summarized as follows:
  
  • Establish a trusting relationship with women leaders,
  • Ensure active listening to candidates,
  • Prepare a monitoring plan with the candidates
  • Ensure regular meetings with candidates,
  • Assist candidates to improve their performance in communication,
  • Assist candidates to prepare and organize meetings in public
  • Follow training with candidates,
  • Inform candidates of the dates and venues for training, conferences and meetings,
  • Prepare the necessary documentation as required by the candidates,
  • Provide reports of meetings and tracking candidates (strengths and weaknesses)
  • Documentation of cases of violence against political candidates,
  
  Each attendant will be responsible for 10 candidates
  
  And for trainer: we realize some training for the candidates and our colleagues like in peer education, communication skills, strategic plan, electoral campaigns, …
