Established in 1854 in Paris, Louis Vuitton is the world’s most valuable luxury brand (valued at $27.3 Billion in May 2016), operating in 50 countries with over 460 stores.
  • Formulated a new process for managing customer feedback from Louis Vuitton stores.
  • Optimized processes for tracking shoppers in all Louis Vuitton stores in the Middle-East.
  • Facilitated execution and logistics for training programs for new client advisors, and liaised with finance team to accurately budget all costs and expenses related to these programs
  

• CCBM INDUSTRIES - Marketing & Customer relationship management intern

  2015 - 2015 Collaborated with marketing team to develop solutions to counter falling revenues in the company’s franchises. Comptoir Commerciale Bara Mboup (2015 profit: €66 million) is the largest private company in Senegal solely financed by Senegalese capital.
  • Created a new process for feedback management of customers and partners in all CCBM stores and franchises.
  • Oversaw the conceptualization, design, branding and implementation of a new product which was successfully introduced in over 70 CCBM stores and franchises.
  

• LA GRANDE RÉCRÉ - Sales Intern

  Emerainville 2013 - 2013 Sales Intern (2-month internship). Led 5-man intern team to boost the sales of lower-selling toys. La Grande Récré
  ( EUR 455 million sales revenue in 2014) is the largest French toy company with over 200 stores in France.
  * Trained 4 interns from diverse backgrounds and remoulded them into an efficient sales force. ;
  * Received recognition as the Best Sales Employee for the internship duration. ;
  * Successfully reorganized inadequate inventory systems to improve the efficiency of stocking operations. ;
  * Involved in optimizing merchandizing operations.

• NGO Yaye boy - Co-Founder

  2012 - maintenant Yayeboy (means ‘Mum’ in Wollof) is an NGO set up with the aim of providing sponsorship to impoverished people—mostly girls—to pursue general studies in Senegal.
  • Acquired patrons and donors to sponsor the education (basic to high school) of over 70 children.
  • Identified children in need of sponsorship/support for school fees.
