I have developed my expertise in the fields of project management, planning and budget preparation. I have experienced technical diversity and had to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. I have become familiar with building technologies and local regulation.

As a Graduate Engineer in the Quality and Product Development Department of Trostre Works, main responsibilities included:
- Company representative for a major customer
→ Investigating customer complaints
→ Liaising between customer and manufacturing personnel
→ In charge of carrying out improvement projects related to customer requirements
- Quality specialist for Trostre Works
→ Dealing with daily quality issues and short-term quality projects
→ Taking part in long-term improvement projects on existing processes
I developed my ability of building sustainable customer relationships. Working in a plant gave me the ability of responding quickly to changes and working everyday in a fast moving environment.

Position based in Wantage, Oxfordshire, UK
I was working for the EHS-Quality Department of CROWN Europe.
Main responsibilities included:
- Coordinating all European plants (74) at energy projects level
- Contributing to the setting-up of a general energy management plan
- Identifying energy good practices and communicating them efficiently to the plants
- Visiting plants and giving support for identified energy projects (e.g. compressed air, energy metering etc.)
- Preparing energy training and energy awareness campaign
- Developing an energy model for the metal can making processes
In addition to acquiring knowledge in energy management for the industry, I took part in more technical projects, such as the optimisation of gas consumption for the drying ovens of coated metal sheet, the analysis of consumption breakdown for a process line etc.

Three main objectives:
- Conception of an innovative method for accurate estimation of the duration of a fuel cycle in a nuclear power station
- Conception of an optimised method of designing the plan for the fuel elements in the core of the nuclear reactor (looking at core power profiles)
- Support for the French nuclear power plants (rods totally inserted – fission process automatically stopped)
Working within a team of engineers, the purpose of my internship was to optimise the operation of nuclear power stations from the processing of experimental measurements. In addition to developing technical skills, I learnt more about the economic dimension of power generation. I developed a systematic approach to problem solving and had a good insight of the operation of nuclear power network.
