    External audit in all types of organizations: international retail firms (DIY, clothes), national energy company, industrial businesses (textile, chemical, plastic, food), real estate companies, biotech company and non profit organizations.
    - Controlled and audited the internal process: conducted interviews, collected information to make walk through test, worked on risk mapping, flow chart, and finally the general presentation
    - Examined and analyzed the financial cycles (treasury cash, fixed assets, purchase, sales, – supplier and customer accounts, stock, tax, revenue …) and other accounting and financial records to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with local standards
    - Audited the consolidated account of a company combining multiples retail companies
    - Managed from 2 to 4 collaborators during each mission which lasts from 1 to 3 weeks
    - Teamwork and adaptability to treating the accounts of over 20 clients in a variety of sizes, activities, processes, as SME's, non profit organisations, multinational companies and listed companies.

    2016 - 2016 Palagon is a commercial real estate company based in Vancouver Area. It's a family business developing beautiful, functional office space for small and growing businesses.

    Worked on accounting, relationship with the banks and the suppliers. Followed the construction projects : accounting, forecast and paiement. Worked on the business plan of Palagon.

    Implemented new commercial, invoice process, accounting and forecasting softwares: understood the specificity of the company and its process thanks to interviews, strategic map, flowchart and risk mapping. Worked with the software developper to find the best solutions.

    Analyzed the return on investment of potential real estate investments: studied the geographic area of activity, the layout plan of the building, the real estate market, the forecast.
  • Comité Senior des Junior-Entreprises - Consultant

    2015 - 2016 The Junior-Enterprises’ Senior Committee is a consulting organ representing the Junior-Enterprises to the Junior-Enterprises’ National Confederation. The movement includes 160 French Junior-Enterprises and 17 600 students from university, engineering and business schools. Responsiveness, control, quality and consulting are the key words to achieve missions for firms, public administration and entrepreneurs.

    Advised and trained Junior-Enterprises on quality, RFP (Recruitment – Training – Promotion), Human Resources and Project Management.

  • Reims Junior Conseil - Internal Audit and Quality Manager

    REIMS 2014 - 2015 Reims Junior Conseil is the NEOMA Business School’s Junior-Enterprise belonging to the Junior-Enterprises’ National Confederation and the European movement JADE. Established in 1981, this non-profit earning economic and pedagogical association proposes strategic consulting to companies in marketing, communication and entrepreneurship fields. It regroups 15 students and performs a turnover of 80K€.

    - Trained and motivated about Quality in the Project Management in the summer annual congress 2015
    - Certificated the quality of all the customer’s deliveries: from the business proposal to the study report 
: customer need analysis, satisfaction and quality at the heart of the process
