- Controlled and audited the internal process: conducted interviews, collected information to make walk through test, worked on risk mapping, flow chart, and finally the general presentation
- Examined and analyzed the financial cycles (treasury cash, fixed assets, purchase, sales, – supplier and customer accounts, stock, tax, revenue …) and other accounting and financial records to ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with local standards
- Audited the consolidated account of a company combining multiples retail companies
- Managed from 2 to 4 collaborators during each mission which lasts from 1 to 3 weeks
- Teamwork and adaptability to treating the accounts of over 20 clients in a variety of sizes, activities, processes, as SME's, non profit organisations, multinational companies and listed companies.

Worked on accounting, relationship with the banks and the suppliers. Followed the construction projects : accounting, forecast and paiement. Worked on the business plan of Palagon.
Implemented new commercial, invoice process, accounting and forecasting softwares: understood the specificity of the company and its process thanks to interviews, strategic map, flowchart and risk mapping. Worked with the software developper to find the best solutions.
Analyzed the return on investment of potential real estate investments: studied the geographic area of activity, the layout plan of the building, the real estate market, the forecast.
