As I intensified my trips to Japan and as my technicians team became more and more autonomous, the challenge was to find a way to be able to remotely face any problem and to keep my team motivated while improving their operational skills. It was also a good opportunity for me to fight my micromanaging style and to learn to delegate more and with more efficiency.

  • NBG Informatique - Co-founder

2006 - 2010 Launched two IT services companies and developed them for 10 years with an annual 10% growth (BtoC: around 2000 clients; BtoB: 300 clients, mostly small and medium sized businesses).
Analyzed the needs (hardware and software) of hundreds of clients, provided quotations and design briefs covering major operations (like upgrading the information system of a factory, deploying a LAN and wireless network for a school, selling tailor-made crm and erp), then allocated the relevant resources and answering the client’s ongoing needs.
Phase 1/ Acquiring skills and maturing
As we were neophytes both in the IT field and in running a company, we had to acquire a huge amount of skills in a very broad range of sectors. While this period was paved with errors, it also strengthened my self-sufficiency, spurred my passion for self-improvement and allowed myself to become a highly organized and multitasker and “jack-of-all-trades”.
  • Grossomodo Production - In charge of Digital sales/distribution

2005 - 2006 Following internship period during business school worked few months in this demanding entertainment and record company. Spent all my time in direct contact with the company founder. Very enriching experience which paved the way of my work philosophy.
