Three years ago, I created with French colleagues a non-profit organization called “Le Prisme”. Le Prisme fosters multidisciplinary approaches in science and detects promising junior scientists, journalists, high-ranking civil servants and managers. As a chairman and director of this project, I collaborate with more than 60 persons to promote student involvement in the popularization of science. To reach these goals, Le Prisme publishes a scientific peer-reviewed magazine called “Le Prisme à Idées”. In addition, we developed an institutional website (www.leprisme.net) and a electronic journal run by young journalists called “Pris(m)e de Tête” (www.prismedetete.net). We finally organize scientific conferences.
Apart from Le Prisme, I am carrying out a PhD in economic epidemiology as a first position of civil servant for the French Ministries in charge of Agriculture and Environment (Corps des Ponts, des Eaux et des Forêts). I'm trained at AgroParisTech and the University of Cambridge.
