With over 10 years of experience in software development, I had the opportunity to work with multiple profiles (Marketing, MOA, MOE, Architect ...) to establish standards for project management on large-scaled projects, while capitalizing my expertise via the PMO structure.
Since a couple of years, I transited to a more agile way of doing the right think right, using auto organized team with a management 3.0 approach.
