    In charge of the staff management with help from Human resources (hirings, trainings, individual assessments, salary reviews, personal developments through job evolution). Engineering costs estimation, resources allocation for specific projects, planning management, subcontractors management, studies technical and financial follow-up, cost-control, deliverables quality management, technical expertise, coordination with the other disciplines.

  • AREVA - Head of the "Thermal-Fluid Mechanics" pole

    Paris La Defense 2008 - 2010 Inside the « chemical process simulation» section, head of a team composed of thermal/fluid mechanics engineers.
    Technical supervision and operational management, engineering costs estimation, resources allocation to specific projects, technical/planning/costs/quality follow-up, technical expertise in the field of thermal and fluid mechanics calculations, coordination with the other disciplines.

  • Commissariat à l'eEnergie Atomique (C.E.A) - Post-doctorate engineer

    2007 - 2008 Development of pluridisciplinary (using visible spectrum cameras, IR thermography, acoustics, extensometry) controle methods applied to "real-time" composite materials damage measurement.
