    2013 - 2014 Initio is a human-size consulting company, specialized in the banking sector, and acquired in Oct. 2013 by Square Consulting Group. The company provides successfull solutions to its clients on various domains, including strategic and organizational changes, process optimization, efficiency improvement, risk management and regulatory compliance.

    In the Luxembourgish office, I am in charge of :

    - Business Development : through a market analysis of the banking sector and the investment funds industry, my mission is to extend Initio's position in Luxembourg. It includes prospection, presentation meetings, and exposal of the company's solutions on various key issues.
    - Management of a client portfolio : development of the existing relationship, answering clients' needs, RFP and RFI, price negociation, contract closing.
    - Recruiting process : sourcing of high-potential candidates, conducting interviews, challenging past competencies and knowledge, until the end of the hiring process.
    - Participating to knowledge enhancement and strategic thinking : meetings with members of the different Business Lines, writing of internal documentation and presentation, business case analyses for new areas of development.
    - Managing the teams of consultants who are presently doing missions for our clients.
  • Caranova - Business Developer

    2012 - 2012 - Financial analysis of a company which activity is to sell second-hand cars. Strategic discussions with the CEO on the impact of shifts in the financial management strategy, especially private equities and cash management.
    - Selling missions, phone prospection, clients meetings. Logistical attributions, focused on cars transportation.
    - Rethinking of the web communication strategy. Competitors' analysis. Participation to the implementation of a new platform for web communication called Emailvision.
  • Crédit du Nord - Junior Corporate Account Manager

    Paris 2011 - 2012 - Clients meetings, accounts monitoring. Analysis of clients' specificities and needs to propose the best banking products.
    - Prospection (during meetings, and via phone), selling propositions set by the objectives of the group.
    - Study of credit files for the commitment department, financial analysis, and delivery of reportings. Studied subjects such as investments - asset management, employee savings, and means of payment.
    - Operational missions, processing day-to-day operations.
