- Problem solving (customers / 3M): quality crisis, deliveries with concessions, root cause analysis, management of corrective and preventive actions
- Implementation, training and coordination of an international team of aerospace quality representatives and internal auditors to deploy the quality roadmap in laboratories, plants, distribution centers and business units (9 team members)
- Implementation and maintenance of a new EN 9100 : 2009 certification – design, development, manufacturing, sale and distribution of adhesives through 10 sites + extension to a new plant in Poland (Wroclaw) and to a new product family (sealants) following a company’s acquisition in USA + qualification of a new certification body
