    Over view of role:
    - Single point of contact for the project team on rigid pipeline package;
    - Overall accountability for the quality of the deliverables issued to the project team and for the safe and successful execution (in terms of safety, quality, schedule and budget) of the PPT scope of work;
    - Coordinate the team of PPT resources (SCM Engineer, Technical Engineers, Cost Controller, etc…) working on the project;
    - Monitoring of the project costs and suggest corrective actions;
    - Coordinate with the vessel team to organize the operation;
    - In charge to identify the Skillpool for the offshore operation;
    - Follow-up of the equipment mobilization and demobilization;
    - Analyze and optimize the performances of the productions sites;
    - Troubleshoot any safety, quality or technical issue occurring on project;
