    - For a global roadside assistance group: Assisted in designing a digital roadside assistant solution leveraging telematics & OBD data

    - For a large fleet of repair trucks: Evaluated the interest of fleet telematics & scheduling solutions

    - For a private equity firm: Assisted in the acquisition & merging of two leading telematics service providers and in the IPO of the new telematics group

    - For a private equity firm, Performed the commercial due diligence of a leading telematics technology & service provider for insurance and fleet markets in Europe

    - For a global automotive tier-1 supplier: Defined its strategic positioning in the telematics insurance value chain

    - For a large road infrastructure group: Defined, built and implemented its new strategy to lead the commercial connected vehicle service market

    - Updated the Insurance Telematics Global Study by interviewing more than 45 players, evaluating different business models & technologies and building a 10-year bottom-up market forecast worldwide
