- Business Planning & Organization development : work with business teams on translating business goals into HR agenda ; facilitate alignment of organizational processes
- Compensation & benefits : manage payroll, define & analyze payroll budgets ; gather and analyze market data ; annual salary review process ; analyze and modify benefits policies ; reporting
- Staffing & Onboarding & Release : staffing & recruitment policies ; co-ordinate the recruitment and selection process ; advices management on termination of employment ; improves employee introduction program
- Learning & development : improve & implement training & development policies ; monitor, supervise and co-ordinate the management performance process ; train managers ; analyze & define training budget ; analyse training needs and define budget.
- Management of HR department
- Employee relations management : drive positive labor & employee relations locally, local work council and health and safety committee management ; negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements (profit sharing, time reduction, rules of procedure…) ; manage investigations and disciplinary matters ; provide advice and guidance on individual employee relations cases; monitor the legislation and the implications for the company
- General activities : select and supervise the external service organizations ; ensure the accuracy of HRIS data and the payroll ; ensure necessary HR administration
