Objective : Define the establishment of the filtration products in the Romainville construction site (Project at 280.000 euros).
In charge of the definition of the construction site :
- Definition and modification of the specification project,
- Creation of the planning project,
- Relation with the customer and the suppliers.
In charge of the design of the construction site :
- Drawing and design of filtration products (huge filtrations, duct grid, framework, ventilation),
- Calculation of the aeraulic grid, the mechanical resistance of the framework and duct grid.
Results after 2 months :
- Design and definition of construction site over,
- Differents orders over.

Objective : Know the news customers requirements and reduce the produce price of 30% by designing new range cryogenics tanks to increase sales.
In charge of the Design to Cost project :
- Definition of the baseline project,
- Creation of the planning project,
- Budget management for products command, resources and tests,
- Responsible for the coordination project (meeting, steering committee, interaction departments) .
In charge of the improvements of the range cryogenics tanks (between 200 and 650 liters) :
- Definition of the market analysis,
- Redaction of the customers specifications,
- Responsible for the improvements tanks and the new design,
- Prospecting suppliers.
Results after 6 months:
- End of the development phase (gate 2),
- Chose one design among three propositions following its time implementation and overall goal.
