Actually working as Plants HSSE specialist for OMV NAWARA Project, this position is consisting in providing technical expertise, support and professional advice on development and execution of Health, Safety and Environmental system and all project safety studies in line with company code and practice and local regulation.

Energetic engineer of background, I started in December 2007 with Dietswell as HSE engineer where I have been a member of a team that worked on HSEQ management system preparation and implementation for a drilling campaign on south of Sudan and then I moved to the inspection and audit department.
In June 2010 I joined Srinext where I was in close collaboration with the CEO to enhance the company high tech and QHSE image through the development, running, maintenance and improvement of the high technical tools and the QHSE Management system for drilling rig inspections and audits.
In September of 2012, I left Srinext for an experience with Ponticelli as HSE Project Manager (in freelance) for Ofon Phase II project (Total Nigeria) consisting in modification and adaptation works of the existing offshore facilities on the Ofon oil field, located on southeast of the Nigerian coast.
Since May 2013, I am ensuring the role of Plants HSSE specialist position for NAWARA Project.

    Paris 2013 - maintenant HSSE Plants Specialist for NAWARA Project (Tunisia): Nawara project a capital project involving the installation of a central processing facility (CPF) at the Nawara well site for pretreatment of gas, a 370km pipeline, and a gas treatment plant (GTP) in Gabès.
    •Prepare and review all project HSSE requirements as per OMV standards and procedures and regulatory requirements for the bid phase.
    •Contribute in the technical evaluation for all project bidders and HSSE pre-qualification.
    •Participate on final technical negotiation and CONTRACT award meetings.
    •Provide required HSSE support during contracting and “EXECUTE” phase of the project.
    •Develop and implement required HSSE systems and procedures for engineering, construction, commissioning and start-up activities of the project.
    •Participate in projects specific workshop/studies HAZID, ENVID, Bow-tie, HAZOP, SIL, Plant layout reviews, 3D model reviews, PHSSERs and follow-up on implementation of recommendations in order to mitigate and to maintain risk levels to ALARP.
    •Review and approve all projects safety studies/reports e.g. FERA, QRA, ESSA, EERA, BATNEEC, Dropped Object, Noise study, Flare radiation, Passive Fire Protection report, Hazardous area classification drawings and Schedule, OBRA, SIMOPS, HSSE Case…
    •Review and approve contractors HSSE management system and bridging documents.
    •Plan and conduct HSSE audits/reviews of contractors to check compliance with HSSE plan and bridging documents and follow up the implementation of all identified recommendations.
    •Develop all necessary safety and environmental regularly dossiers as per Tunisian law (EIA , Etude De Danger…).
    •Ensure company HSSE standards understood and implemented by project contractors and sub-contractors
    •Collate, analyse and communicate HSSE KPIs and performance metrics.
    •Organise and participate actively in HSSE meetings and other forums with OMV site construction team and contractors for improvement in HSSE performance.

    Émerainville 2012 - 2013 HSE Project Manager for Ofon Phase II project (Total Nigeria): modification and adaptation works of the existing offshore facilities on the Ofon oil field, located on southeast of the Nigerian coast.
    •Identification of project HSE requirements, development of project HSE management system and procedures based on client and regulatory requirements.
    •Implementation of HSE procedure and updating the Project HSE documentation.
