    Managing €100 millions turnover, €40 millions of assets, €10 millions controllable costs, >100 employees, 40,000 tons/year product flow (in and out), >800 SKUs.

    • Full conversion of a plant towards a higher end product line (€1 million capex, enabling €5 millions return in cost saving for the group)

  • Essenscia Wallonia - Member of the board

    2008 - 2011 Essenscia Wallonia is the regional branch of the association of chemical companies in Belgium. The branch represents over 200 companies and 25000 employees.
    Essenscia wallonie closely follows developments in new laws, decrees and regulations and provides its members with the necessary expertise in this area. As regards the practical implementation of legislation, it helps its members and gives them advice on environmental matters, health and safety, education, training, the labour market, innovation and R&D, energy and climate, foreign trade, investments, spatial planning, infrastructure and logistics.

    1997 - 2008 In charge of all aspects of HR management in an industrial environment : Organisation Development, Training, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment & Terminations, Compensation & Benefits.
    Also supervising payroll , Sarbanes-Oxley & Legal compliance (incl. for EMEA Shared Service Center and HQ) and contributing to EMEA HR projects.

    • Setting up of a European Shared Service Center / EMEA HQ
         - Effective transfer of know-how to the center, with no customer service disruption
