  • Sun Microsystems - Service Delivery Manager - Availability Manager

    Santa Clara 2007 - 2010 Inside the support organization of Sun France I've build a dedicated team and associated processes to provide to the customer Gendarmerie Nationale a new way to deliver pro-active, preventive and reactive support a customer: Maintenance in Operational Conditions.
    This maintenance is about softwares and hardwares, Sun products as well as many third parties technologies.

  • Sun Microsystems - Global Service Account Manager

    Santa Clara 1996 - 2007 Since 2000 in charge of managing a "multi-vendor managed services" contract for European Aeronautic, Defence and Space company (EADS - Airbus, Eurocopter, Astrium, ...).
    - Responsible for quality of service, delivered by Sun's delivery structure and partners' delivery structures.
    - Responsible of a team in charge following up all the customers' support requests, regardless of the manufacturer of the under contract equipments needing support.

    Previously in charge of other important customer accounts as for instance PSA (Peugeot-Citroën).
