Organiser les flux des livraisons clients
• Elaboration et suivi plannings transporteurs (Inter usines, livraisons clients)
• Organisation de la préparation des pickings
• Organisation de l’espace utile dans les remorques : contacte et modifie les commandes clients en rapport avec les niveaux de stock.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les contacts client, (Provigo, Sobey’s, Metro, Costco) et aussi les distributeurs. Gérer les « out of stock » et optimiser le transport des marchandises.

• Agi et donne les directives pour les taches à effectuer dans l’entrepôt auprès des collaborateurs.
• Réalise des inventaires tournant et fait le rapprochement avec l’informatique, trouve les erreurs, et contacte les clients pour ajuster les bons de livraison ou le stock informatique.
• Organise tous les transports entre l’usine de Mississauga et Point-Claire en Matières premières.
• Rencontre les différents transporteurs pour négocier les tarifs, trafics et services qualités.
• Trouve des nouveaux transporteurs plus compétitifs, reçoit et analyse toutes nouvelles offres.
• Elabore des tableaux Excel avec des statistiques sur la réduction des couts de transport. (52202 dollars économisé au 31 oct.)
• Elabore des statistiques sur les préparations « picking », Analyse les pics d’activités, prends des mesures pour anticiper les variations
