  • Listing Agent for funds: listing coordination with Luxembourg and Cayman Stock Exchange.
  
  Customer Desk Section:
  • Ensure timely delivery of NAVs information to promoters/shareholders.
  • Answer queries of promoters/shareholders in a timely and accurate manner.
  Liaison with internal departments for resolution when necessary.
  • Management of clients’ access to reporting systems.
  • AML checks.
  
  Relationship management and coordination with lawyers, promoters, external trustee/management companies, auditors (including audit fees negociation), Fund Accounting, Data Management, Custody, Compliance and Senior Management.
  
  Specific topics followed:
  • UCITS 3: Implementation of the UCITS III directive for existing funds.
  Creation of a UCITS III SICAV with an external Management Company. Relationship management with the external ManCo. Registration in 13 European countries. German and Austrian tax.
  • Market Timing/Late Trading: Creation of the procedures and action plan for the Dept, validated by Compliance Dept.
  • AML: implementation within the Dept. in coordination with Compliance Dept.
  • Operational risks/Key Risks Indicators: implementation within the Dept. in coordination with Quality Dept. Regular review to identify weaknesses and improve the process.
  • BCP plan: implementation within the Dept.
  • ALFI: participation to ALFI’s AGM in 2006, 2005, 2004. Hedge Funds Survey statistics reporting.
  • Swift: follow-up change of format to ISO 20022.
  • Research for new fund schemes (for example the Mauritius route for Indian funds).
  
  Project management:
  • Outsourcing of the Transfer Agency function of one sub-fund of a UCITS 3 SICAV: contacting & organising presentation of providers, offer comparison, coordination between Transfer Agency Section and the provider, supervising SLA, organising a workshop for European distributors, the promoter and the ManCo.
  • Change of transfer agency system: presentation of the providers, review of offers, workshops and selection.
  • NAVCAL: Creation of an automated calendar for NAVs calculation in cooperation with Fund Accounting and Data Management.
  • Automation of fees payment for funds.
