    * Follow-up of the Bonus Plan and Merit Increase processes (corporate guidelines, documentation and calendar communication; coordination with HR Business partners on different rewarding issues in their regions; Bonus and Merit consolidation; communication with managers on bonus & merit figures for their teams; coordination with C&B and local payroll departments)
    * Follow-up of the Equity plan for the ADP MNC (Multi-National Clients) region

    HRIS Management:
    * Maintenance of EMEA, AMERICAS, APAC HRIS and databases (GlobalView, EV5, SAP CRM, Kenexa, ADP Compensation Planner / Viewer)
    * Audit of HRIS data in preparation of different internal processes
    * Access Process / Resource Request validation in CRM
    * HR metrics and analytics (HR reporting on headcounts, turnover, tenure, mobility, promotions, recognitions, social demographics etc.)
