  • GDF SUEZ - IS Deputy Manager

    COURBEVOIE 2008 - maintenant * Responsible of €2.5 million budget per year for corporate taxation applications; Manager of a team of 5 team leaders; developed and implemented the integration of IT financial applications for GDF Suez after the merger.
    * Established the general project planning, respected its budget and focused on its profitability.
    * Managed the different project’s development activities (R&D, Sales, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Process).
    * Led a multidisciplinary team of 20 members in a multicultural and international environment (France, Belgium).
    * Project Manager for life cycle projects with a specific focus on financial database migrations and with full internal P&L responsibilities. Managed the implementation and the on-going activities & maintenance.
    * Contributed to national and international projects in particular consolidation and risk management tools and all corporate tax applications at GDF Suez Group level for 3.000 users and 4.500 companies around the world.

    * Integrated the Corporate bid management team and delivered large-scale complex business solutions for major private and public clients, such as Suez, France Telecom, Nortel Networks, CANAM, EADS, EDF-GDF.
    * Generated revenue of € 8 million each year from 2005 to 2008 with 10% growth per year.
    * Acted as Bull Service Delivery Manager with day to day team management responsibilities of the Bull Competency Center Business Unit, and the Bull Service Desk. Managed a team of 10 employees for 5 years.

    1997 - 1999 * Organized and managed the installation, customization, deployment of European-wide System and Network as member of France Telecom Corporate IT Department. Responsible for the technical side of the execution of end-users data migration from OS/2 Warp to Windows 95. This includes data management, migration scripting development, and WAN/LAN network sizing, build, management and support work,
    * Also took part as IT Engineer in a worldwide messaging project based on MS mail and Windows NT 4.0 servers located in 45 locations in France. Additional responsibilities included IT Assets Management, IT helpdesk and Training. Directly managed four employees in this position.
