- Direct management interface and ongoing contact with the transport planning
outsourced interface team.
- Participate in the selection of Logistic service providers, in co-operation with
Procurement and key stakeholders of QMS.
- Management of the commercial and operational relationship for all Transport Providers used by Pharma Europe.
- Accountable for the Security compliance of the distribution process.
- Responsible for the financial controls within the Distribution process, to enable the practice of Good Corporate Governance.
- Responsible for the implementation of a regional strategy, aligned with the Global
Strategy
- Manage business continuity risks and ensure processes are implemented at a
European level
- Ensure risk management activities are undertaken and rolled out to protect the
Pharma Europe supply chain and comply with all corporate governance requirements through the maintenance of appropriate Business Continuity Plans
