    Casablanca 2007 - 2010 Regional planner Maghreb region in charge of Coffee & Beverages Business Category. My main objective was to manage operations within the BU : new product launch projects, ensure existing supply to markets under my responsability (maghreb, egypt, middle east, eurasia & malta), coordinate inter-company exports and optimize demand & supply plans for the region.
    Temporary assignment (2008): I joined SAP implementation team as SuperUser for SAP APO module. I have contributed in business process definition and have provided trainings to EndUsers in both Tunisia and Morocco.

  • Shell du Maroc - Business Analyst trainee

    2006 - 2007 As part of my graduation thesis, I had the opportunity to work with Supply & Distribution department at Shell morocco. Under the supervision of the Business excellence Manager, my objective was to design a new approach to optimize tank-track loading and costumers service level.
    Deliverable: A new tool named “autodispatch” that makes automatic the dispatching task and that guarantee a best assignment Orders/truck. The processing time is reduced from 1 full working day to less than 1 minute with a better output.
