    1. Project Management & Financial planning, forecasting and reporting:

     Responsible for the forecast, measurement, planning and budgeting process in Infrastructure and Resource Management organization
     Driving and executing financial consolidation with high level of data accuracy to provide management headlights on OT, PT, Month end/Quarter end closing processes, Spring Plan, Fall Plan, budget update and ad hoc projects.
     Controlling the budget for each project, maintaining the agreed levels of expenditure.
     Maintaining proper documentation (general project plans, action items, timelines, call notes, etc.) on all projects.
     Managing project funding and resources, negotiating project changes, and adjusting resources across multiple projects.

    2. Cost Analysis & Leadership
     Working cross functionally with business owners and subsidiaries to achieve the cost program embedded into current year project targets.
     Producing insightful trend analysis on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis by cost centre & segment with related drivers

    3. Portfolio management & Transaction management
