    2011 - 2011 Lead and facilitate the implementation of a project for Eurocopter “new S1000D” solution (Technical data solution).

    - Use case/User stories creation including compilation dossier
    - Map technical data processes, reengineering of tech data processes according to Eurocopter transnational needs.
    - Map outcomes with an existing technical solution, adapt this solution to Eurocopter specific needs, process and IT wide.
    - Decision dossier writing and presentation of study including costing data, implementation plan, recommendations and schedule of solution's deployment.
