-Performing design studies including, tolerance analysis, kinematic analysis, ergonomic analysis, preliminary sizing, materials selection, weights evaluations, etc..;
-Generate test requirements and supports the test lab for design related tests

-Worked as part of a multi-national/multi-site team to develop, document and implement standards for engineering design and practices;
-Participation to automotive benchmarking;
-Analyze competitive position (competition analyze, industrial property);
-Animation of design FMEA meetings and monitoring of preventive and corrective actions;
-Perform engineering investigations and participate in root cause and corrective actions;
-Trainer on tools and field design for Moroccan team;
-Provid technical guidance to junior team members;
