She has played a key role in developing new business opportunities and has led large and complex deal shaping initiatives (up to $300M) for strategic customers.
She has led Business Unit covering ADM (Application, Development and Maintenance) and consulting activities for large accounts or multiple customers (over $150M and 2000 people), working across multiple locations (onsite and offshore) improving the activities through industrialization, process optimization and automation.
To improve time to market and business value, she has fostered innovation and led the transformation of her practice by implementing Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps and advising on cloud adoption/migration.
