2008 - maintenantI had several challenges;
I was representative for all development tests from planning to test itself; I managed the all process from the decision to make a test, technical releases concerning how to perform the test, compliance with certification regulation, production follow up, test installation and test realization. I saw most aspect of the project, especially supplier delivery schedule and quality.
I also had to cooperate, technically speaking with the Chinese design office, in charge of the aircraft design (airframe, rotor, blades, and fuel system). I had to follow their activity, weekly report to headquarters in France and make decisions about feasibility, quality, cost and delay; creation of indicators.
