A unique blend of IT and Management Consulting experiences provides Nicolas with a proven set of skills, methodologies and expertise spanning from Business Transformation design to system implementation in global and complex environments
Nicolas started his consulting journey with 3½ years as a financial Business Analyst (BA) for ERP system implementations, across diverse industries (e.g Retail, Transportation). As a BA, Nicolas has gained both an in-depth knowledge of ERP implementation in large-scale projects and an extensive IT background and familiarity.
Eager to broaden his perspectives, Nicolas joined the Management Consulting world to work on more pertinent business related issues, which he was exposed too during his BA role.
Nicolas continued his journey with 4½ years in Business Transformation and IT Program execution, specifically in the Finance department of major global Investment Banking group. His time in Financial Services has enabled Nicolas to build deep expertise in the sector, where he has since delivered large-scale projects as an Engagement Manager, and in the process, evolved his core consulting skills to a leadership level (e.g. change management, activity based costing and process re-engineering).
To keep growing his skills spectrum, Nicolas pursued an upstream move in the consulting value chain. Over the past 4 years, he has focused on strategic Business Transformation design and leadership to support clients in building future operating environments and to shape their ambitions and transformation journey. Through this, Nicolas has successfully led numerous large-scale engagements in business case development, shared service centres, operating model design, integrated channel strategy, customer experience and digital transformation.
