Graduated of a Master in Communication strategies from the European Communication School of Marseille (ECS), I am able to evolve on different major positions as a Community manager, a SEO/SEM manager and a journalist.
I will be enable to draw all my skills in the development of relevant and interactive Communication and E-marketing strategies on the various media.

  • Wilsons Hill - Account Manager

    2017 - maintenant Wilsons Hill is an exotic furniture company from Netherlands. Our main customers are retailers such as E-commerce but also distributors. As an Account manager, my missions are:

    - Business development: As the first French native speaker to join the company, my objective is to introduce our company on the French speaking markets such as France but also Belgium and Switzerland. Meanwhile, I am also reaching for new customers on the following European markets: Austria, Germany and Portugal.
    To reach my objectives, I am using the Email channel with a personified and effective contents and Cold calls strategies

    - Project Management : As our designs are made in house and we offer the opportunity to our customers to create their own exclusive collection, I ensure the coordination between our designers and customers in the goal to deliver the best design in a limited time.

    - New collections: For each market, the expectations are different. In the goal to improve our sales on our main European markets, I regularly submit to our designers team design suggestions adapted to the next coming trends. Once the design approved, I follow up the model creation step.

    - Digital Marketing: Up to a previous experience in Online Marketing, I also work in collaboration with the online marketing team to improve our presence on the internet. Proactive, I was able to share with them suggestions to improve our website (new version will be launched in 2018) and the conversion rate. Conscious that we can get a highly qualitative traffic from Social Media (Particularly from Linkedin), we start to work on a new content strategy.

    - Email Marketing: Collaboration with the Online Marketing team to launch our first Email marketing campaigns

    - SEO/SEM: Monitoring regarding the competitors’ strategy and list of keywords on which ones we can focus
