    o Implementation and piloting the "Worldwide Image and Satisfaction
    Barometer" : Austria, Poland, Serbia, Ireland, Thailand, Algeria.

    o Implementation and piloting of a 3-surveys system to provide inputs for an
    audit mission in Schneider Electric China.

    o Carrying out of "Internal Flash Surveys" about the social climate within
    the company.

    o Development of an e-learning device process for training the employees
    working in the different Marketing departments.
