  - Compliance - Process:
  Setting up of delegations of authority and signature, corporate charts and regulations (IT, confidentiality, social networks), data privacy and protection and related registrations, quality processes.

  2010 - 2011 Training from June to August 2010, then an apprenticeship from September 2010 to September 2011.
  
  I was part of a 4 people team and enjoyed a significant autonomy in working with technical workforces but also with managers. More specifically, I was involved in:
  
  • Contracts : auditing and drafting contracts under either public or private law (NDA, sales, purchases, loan, rentals etc.).
  
  • Public tenders: drafting and follow-up of RFPs as a public authority; drafting and review of offers as a tenderer.
  
  • Corporate: handling of portfolio of subsidiaries, formalities.
  
  • Environment Law: issues related to waste recycling and valuing processes; sites listed for the protection of environment.

  2009 - 2009 Summer job in which I gave support in debt recovery and collection of information about debtors (work, tax and banking information). Direct contacts with lawyers and bailiffs.
