Country Program Manager specialized on agriculture and rural development, I’m in charge of AFD programmes that increase agricultural productivity, and advocate at the local, national and international level. I particularly lead country strategy management on rural transformation, design and supervise country loans and grants that raise rural incomes, advocate at institutional levels for the ownership, alignment and harmonization of international programmes, and contribute to policy leadership to link the realities on the ground with policies.

As policy advisor to the office of the president of chamber of agriculture in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur (south-est of France), I was in charge of the provincial strategy management, particularly the strategy against erosion and flooding, Also, I was in charge of the institutional representation and partnership management as I represented a consular organism with the mandate to coordinate regional stakeholders strategies. Finally, I was in charge of the policy leadership as “special rapporteur” for the regional working group on the European agricultural policy negotiations.

I was particularly in charge of the technical assistance to the Ministry of Agriculture. Also, I was in charge of the management of the local office, in particular regarding the preparation and the monitoring of expenditures and the management of national country program officers.
