    2011 - 2012 Here at Perenia, I have been managing a large number of projects, having a team of four employees. The service provided to our clients in the mining and resources sector , in the manufacturing industry as well as in the waste and wastewater management industry range from:
    - preparation of compliance reports (NGER and EEO reports),
    -elaboration of Energy and Carbon Management Plan,
    - develop financial models to assess mitigation or energy saving options (inclusive of Carbon Price, Forward Energy Cost, opportunities from Carbon Farming Initiative, Emission Intensive Trade Exposed activities and Renewable Energy Certificate),
    - undertake greenhouse gas assessment (NGER, Life Cycle Assessment, ISO 14064) and
    - undertake Energy Audits.
    Recently I have been developing Perenia’s product offering, particularly in terms of strategic consulting services which combined the expertise from our Carbon Transaction Services and our Carbon and Energy Advisory and Audit Team but also preparing our clients to the Carbon Pricing Mechanism.

    1. CONSTRUCTION VERIFICATION ON SITE
    Verify idenpendently that:
    - the Contractor's work on site complies with the requirement of the contract and that mechanical devices (water treatment modules, RO Membranes, chemical storage, pumps, blowers, piping, accessories...) and the global system are built as defined by specications.
    - Inspect and validate the commissioning work.
    - Aknowledge that the progress of the work complies with the Master Program.

    2. QUALITY CONTROL VERIFICATION
    Verify idependently that :
    - the technical specifications, the related technical data sheets, the quality documents for the procurement and that the procedures (for testing (Inspection &Test Plan (ITP) or achievement of specifical tasks) are in accordance to quality specifications from Contractor and australian standards.
    - validate closure of Worklots.


    3. REPORTING
    Write mechanical part of the Weekly and Monthly Report which gathers the Non Conformance Reports (NCR), the Issue of Concerns (IoC) the Request For Information (RFI), give the status of work and report delays detailed per zone and work package.
