Formation en anglais des équipes de niveau 1 et niveau 2, référent technique européen, rédaction de documentations.

    En 2003, splitage de la Delivery et du Support en 2 équipes distinctes:

    • Teamleader de l'équipe "Service Operations Unix/DBA" (Support/Exploitation Unix).

    • Gestion d’une équipe de 5 personnes.
    • Administration / infogérance des serveurs du « Service Assurance UNIX » et de l’Infra (~850 serveurs sous solaris, Debian , RH ES, FreeBSD).
    • Mise en place et développement d’outils/interface WEB dynamique de gestion de parc (php/cgi/perl/mysql) (Intranet, Wiki, Web calendrier, etc).
    • Participation à la mise en place d'ITIL pour le Support notamment sur la gestion des incidents.
