The aim of this project was to design and implement a new finished goods warehouse to face the volume increase. I had to analyse lots of data (MTP / SIOP / MPS / Inventory) to create a calculation model to forecast the next years’ inventory. Then I set up a planning to reach the layout design objectives.

My mission was to improve painted parts quality. I used the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control) approach to carry out my project. I also used Continuous Improvement and 5S concepts to get a better painted parts’ quality. I also set up some indicators (Right first time) and batch inspection to maintain this quality.
