Taking benefit of 7Y experience in project management awarded by Toyota TEAM best european project award in 2010, I applied same methodology and tools for last 5Y at Product Line level as Industrial director in order to manage industrial performance and projects and make grew up x5 plants at same level.
Lean manufacturing, process standardization, capitalization and sharing of know-how in generics files & database were the keys of success to sustain growth in all my plants in a WW product line
From last year, I am strongly focusing on factory 4.0 "tools" implementation in order to reduce labor/sales by 2% every year with Cobots, AGVs, paperless solutions, MES, strong automation plan ....
