    Ronchin 2011 - maintenant Optimize strategic suppliers to improve efficiencies in the Supply Chain, reduce costs and enhance service level to the BU.
    Take part of new strategic ranges development by writing the Supply Chain specifications (MOP, Outer, storage strategy...) and validating the logistics flow (FCL, LCL…) to deliver the BU.
    Undertake on-going projects which lead to a Supply Chain improvement thanks to a better collaboration between its actors (E.g.: CPFR to enhance supplier/client collaboration).
    Participate to the creation of new logistics solutions to deliver the BU with better cost and efficiency (e.g.: Store X-Docking, multi country consolidation…).
    Lead S&OP monthly meeting and support improvement projects.
    Develop Supply Chain and logistics procedures, processes and workflows for new market business development (e.g.: Russia).

    2009 - 2011 I was mainly in charge to recruit, train and animate chinese procurement managers named Supply Operators.

    I was also in charge to measure and animate the efficiency of the Supply Chain among China Offices by using KPIs. Action plans and regular S&OP meetings were set up with key actors in order to improve the SC performances.

    I was finally the local interlocutor for buying teams in term of Supply Chain ; I could support the concerning supplier management, price calculation and Supply Chain Optimization...
