  - Cooperate as TAS focal point with Corporate initiatives in particular on the new Quality Management System and the Thales suppliers database,
  - Develop and maintain a single and coherent set of purchasing process for all TAS entities taking into account
  quality / legal constrains, security / defence aspects, REACh and OHSAS,
  - Developed, implemented and reinforce the Supplier Management Transformation Plan with SRM methodology deployment,
  - Supervised duties for a purchasing assistant staff of 7,
  - EN9100 and ICOP auditor for TAS.
  
  Achievements:
  - Reconnaissance of our TAS process towards Thales Corporate,
  - Ensure success of the variuos audits (ISO/EN9100, CMMI, SOX/LSF, AQAP, ISO14001),
  - Ensure international maintenance, training and briefing of the purchasing process,
  - Brought innovation with the focus to ease purchasing activities in a teamwork spirit with all TAS entities.

• Alcatel Alenia Space - Assurance Quailté Fournisseurs et ASDE EASE auditeur

  2001 - 2007 Responsibilities:
  - Defined a common supplier database for French AAS entities,
  - Managed the supplier database implementation and ensure employees training,
  - Developed new external audit referential for industrialization and software audits,
  - Set up suppliers control plan methodology,
  - Co-ordinated critical supplier assessments with Technical, Quality and Purchasing directorates in the aim to improve the supplier performance. Identified the suppliers risks and proposed mitigation plans,
  - EN9100 auditor for AAS.
  
  Achievement:
  - 80% of the influent suppliers under controlled.

• Siemens Automotive SA - Assurance Qualité fournisseurs et auditeur QS9000

  Saint-Denis 1996 - 2001 Responsibilities:
  - Managed and supervised the quality of the 2 main electronic components suppliers (OQ, OT & OC performance),
  - Performed the annual supplier evaluation with appropriate internal support,
  - Co-ordinated a multi companies team (PSA, Bosch, Renault, Kia and Siemens) for Motorola technologies transfers,
  - QS9000 auditor.
  
  Achievements:
  - 100% of suppliers changes accepted by the final customer and zero defect in production,
  - All critical components put under QOS (Quality Operational System) control.

• Siemens Automotive SA - Chef de Service Métrolgie

  Saint-Denis 1995 - 1996 Responsibilities:
  - Reorganized the metrology service
  - Set up a new strategy for internal cost allocation,
  - Developed with the main metrology subcontractor a program for optimizing the calibration frequency of each equipment,
  - FIEV and EAQF94 auditor
  
  Achievement:
  - Decreased by 20% the metrology overall budget.

• Siemens Automotive SA - Responsable Qualité en production

  Saint-Denis 1993 - 1994 Responsibilities:
  - Conducted the Quality improvement plan for the manufacturing line using the major quality tools (SPC, control plan, DOE, FMECA),
  - Trained the manufacturing people in the use of quality tools.
  
  Achievement:
  - SPC methodology and control plan fully deployed at each manufacturing steps.
