My main drivers are passion for people and change. I believe in the transformational power of education and the benefits of life-long learning training. My research interest being how to combine different learning methods for best developmental results, I have studied experiential learning and group coaching integrated propositions for executives from a clinical perspective. I thrive in environments that are dynamic, international and innovative.

I am an INSEAD trained executive education specialist and coach, with extensive experience in program academic design, education business development and client relationship building. My previous responsibilities also include the management of admissions, sales & marketing, customized product design, international events, global projects and operations using new technologies.

Having lived and worked in France, Germany, the UK and Spain, and being fluent in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, I am a strong advocate of diversity and cross-cultural management. Collaborating globally with client companies and colleagues in Scandinavia, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Switzerland and Singapore, I have built a strong international focus.
