  PARIS 13 2013 - 2014 "Role of Epac2 exchange factor in cardiac hypertrophy"
  I have realized my Master2 internship with the Pr Frank Lezoualc'h in the institute of Metabolic and Cardiovascular Diseases (I2MC).
  The Epac protein is a GEF protein discovered in 1998 in the brain. The Epac2 isoform, expressed in cardiomyocytes, is upregulated in pathological cardiac hypertrophy.
  The aim of my internship project was to investigate the role of the Epac2 isoform in pathological cardiac myocytes hypertrophy using in vivo and in vitro technics. After the validation of a transgenic mouse line knock-out for Epac2, I have demonstrated that this isoform wasn't implicated in myocyte hypertrophy, but that it could play a role in fibrosis.
  I managed the in vivo part of my internship, from the mouse line to the injections, the surgery and organ sampling and in vitro technics using primary neonatal cardiomyocyte cells. I used biochemistry technics like western blotting, ADN extraction, and PCR.

  Toulouse 2012 - 2013 "Caracterisation of the FGF1 promoter for the development of a bicistronic lentivector in muscular and cardiac cells"
  I have realized my Master1 internship with the Pr Anne-Catherine Prats.
  The aim of this internship was to produce a bicistronic plasmid allowing an intense in vivo signal, and to analyze a containing FGF1 promoter - FGF1 IRES bicistronic lentivector activity in differentiating muscular cells.
  I used technics of molecular and cellular biology, like cloning, plasmid production, cellular culture, enzyme assay, flow cytometry analysis.

• Inserm - Summer internship

  PARIS 13 2012 - 2012 I have realized a summer internship with the Pr Isabelle Castan-Laurell in the Institute of Metabolic and cardiovascular Diseases (I2MC), in the "adipocyte secretions, obesities and related diseases" team. I learned in vivo and in vitro technics like glucose tolerance test, using of echoMRI technic, treatment of cell lines with insulin or fatty acids, ARN extraction.
