   Follow all activities progress / punch items / systems completion via ICAPS.
   To follow the schedule of commissioning of systems in order to reach the planned end date
   Prepare, direct and manage the Commissioning activities of all utilities including machineries start up.

• Yemen LNG - Commissioning Site Leader (• Yemen LNG Up stream project (Phase 2)

  2012 - 2013  Prepare, direct and manage the Start-up of Yemen LNG Upstream facilities.

• Yemen LNG - Commissioning & Start up Manager

  2011 - 2012  Prepare, direct and manage the Start-up of Yemen LNG Upstream facilities.
   Process engineering for this project: Follow up the HAZID, HAZOP, details engineering.
   Working with the Projects Managers towards aligning projects and operations objectives.
   Facilitated the Interface between Operations ,PMT. EPC.
   Provided Operational input into our FEED and Detailed Design EPC contractors documentation and design reviews.
   Managing commissioning man powers and Vendors mobilization to site.
   Commented / approved of all pre-commissioning / Commissioning dossiers and send to site for implementation.
   Commented / approved of all start up Procedures for site implementation.
   Commented / Approved plant operating manual and issued to site.
   Commented / Approved of all GENP & SOLAR site acceptance test procedures.
   Reviewed / compiled all comments issued by PTR-4 (Project Technical Review).
   Follow up all LPO (Local Purchase Order) related to the project
  

• Qatar Gas LNG Onshore Plant - Utilities Superintendent

  2010 - 2010  Pre commissioning /Commissioning Utilities Superintendent in Qatar Gas LNG onshore Plant (Train 6 and 7).CTJV Project, Raslaffan Industrial City, Qatar.
   Prepare / check / approve Method of statement of different sub-systems of the new facilities (Water flushing, Air blowing, Steam blowing, Solo Run, Mechanical run, etc).
   Follow all activities progress / punch items / systems completion via WIN-PCS.
   To follow the schedule of commissioning of systems in order to reach the planned end date
   Prepare, direct and manage the Commissioning activities of all utilities including machineries start up.
   Commissioning of (Macchi Italy) VHP Boiler 220 Ton/Hour.
   Hydro milling of Pipe and Vessel.
   Cooling Water Mechanical Cleaning and Passivation.
   Start-up of Steam Turbine Pump.
   Commissioning of Gas Turbine Generator.
   Commissioning of Steam Turbine Generator
   Manage the start-up of new facilities (hydrocarbon feed-in, rotating machines, testing of safety systems, performance test of process units)
  

• TOTAL - Start up leader (TOTAL E&P Indonesie) TUNU North Phase 11 & 12 facilities

  COURBEVOIE 2008 - 2009  To prepare, direct and manage the Start-up of TUNU North Phase 11 & 12 facilities.
   Prepare the start-up of the different sub-systems of the new facilities (start-up procedures, Operguide Procedure, Job Risk Assessments, process inerting, etc …).
   Prepare Plant Performance Test Procedure.
   Focus point and main interface between construction, commissioning and operations for TUNU North Phase 11.
   Receive new installations on behalf of AMT, check that new installations are in line with statement of requirement and meet requirements of operations division in terms of safety and operability.
   Approve all RFSU dossiers & installation.
   Identify with concerned site staff the training for operation/maintenanace site personnel.
   Perform Weekly and Monthly Reports about all activities including construction & commissioning with the recommendation to improve quality / safety of work and to improve the production
  

• Total - Start up Coordinator (TOTAL E&P Indonesia) SiSi nubi Field Phase one

  COURBEVOIE 2007 - 2007  Participate on the preparation of start-up procedures.
   Follow-up of specific Commissioning activities (Leak Testing, OTPs, etc..).
   To co-ordinate the production start-up of Sisi Nubi phase 1 facilities to ensure a safe and timely start-up of the new facilities.
   Follow-up and coordinate all start-up related activities of new facilities, including troubleshooting.
   Provide operational experience, to be shared with the Sisi Nubi production operations team
  

• Total - Technical Support for Start-up (FPSO DALIA PROJECT in Angola)

  COURBEVOIE 2006 - 2007 • TOTAL E&P Angola FPSO DALIA (240,000 BBLs/Day).
  
   Pau & Site: Prepare initial start up procedure / sequence using Total Operating Guide.
   Assist the Operational Test Procedures (OTP’s) with Vendor.
   To follow up/report all process systems progress and punch list clearance.
   To follow the schedule of commissioning of systems in order to reach the planned end date.
