En résumé

Officier spécialiste en logistique au sein du Ministère de la Défense, mon travail a pour but de gérer des contrats confiés à des entreprises privées relatifs à des prestations type gestion de base vie/facillity management sur les théâtres d'opérations.
Mes principales missions consistent à rédiger, revoir, négocier les contrats et piloter leurs évolutions (changement de périmètre, litiges, pénalités...).
Le suivi de ces contrats inclut également des missions d'audit pour lesquels je suis amenée à me déplacer régulièrement sur les théâtres d'opérations africains et du Moyen-Orient (Tchad, Niger, Mali, République Centre-Afrique, Côte d'Ivoire, Sénégal, Djibouti, Liban, Emirats Arabes Unis, Jordanie).

    Audit and control
    Accomplished 10 audit and control missions on overseas theatres of operations (Africa and Middle East) to ensure the respect of contractors' obligations and asses the quality of services
    Organize meetings to collect clients' claims and ensure the services provided meet their expectations
    Report audit and control recommendations: ensure that recommendations are followed up by
    both parties

    Claim management
    In charge of collecting and dealing with major operational incidents related to contracts

    Risk management
    Identification of the risks (contractual, legal, technical and financial risks) to design cover
