  • SYSTOVI - Supply and Purchasing Manager

    2011 - maintenant SYSTOVI is a French photovoltaics manufacturer based in St Herblain.
    I am in charge of:
    - Selecting suppliers with best cost, quality and Delivery time, in relation to R&D department and product design.
    - Analysing market in order to save costs / Auditing Suppliers sites / Reporting on purchasing indicators.
    - Following-up suppliers orders from the entry to the invoicing based on contracts, and manage litigations with suppliers to find suitable solutions for both parties / Managed a supply assistant.
  • RRDonnelley - Supply Chain and Quality Projects Manager

    Chicago 2007 - 2010 RRDonnelley Douai warehouse is in charge of logistics activities for the French Imprimerie Nationale and provides full printing service.
    Regarding Supply Chain activities, I had to :
    - Deploy a software dedicated to the warehouse management (inbounds, storage, orders, shipment and tracking)
    - Train and coordinate project teams (buyers, SC team, customers and suppliers) on the use of the later.
    - Follow SC activities for all new businesses and analyse Customer activities reports to propose improvements.

    Concerning Quality activities, I had to:
    - Launch traceability for all products along the SC (labelling and scanning) in order to reduce pick and pack mistakes.
    - Manage continuous improvement program (5S) and Iso 9001 certification
    - Assess suppliers with a scorecard.
  • Altran France - Supply chain projects consultant

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2002 - 2007 Altran is the global leader in innovation consulting and high-tech engineering.
    My first mission as Assistant of Supply Chain manager on 207 Project in PSA (Car manufacturer (78)) consisted in:
    - Animating and coordinating logistic project actors : Flows, Packaging, Transport and Handling.
    - Launching and managing SC tools: schedules (215 weeks), Human Ressources (5 to 15 people) and Budgeting (39M€).
    - Following-up achievment indicators, risks, tendency analysis.

    My second mission as Logistics Project Leader at VISTEON (Independant Automotive Supplier (59)) was to:
    - Organise internal and external flows around the production line of the Clio 3 dashboard.
    - Launch an external warehouse with a logistic contractor to enable Just in Time Delivery.
  • Airbus - Engineering trainer in PCQ directorate

    Blagnac 2002 - 2002 Airbus Industrie is a leading aircraft manufacturer.
    During my 6 months-engineering training, I was fully involved in the training program to deploy GRESS within Nat Co’s (UK, Germany, France and Power Plant)
