After studying law (Strasbourg), I decided to complete my education with a Master in Human Resources (ESSEC Paris).
I joined the consulting world of SAP HR as junior and started to evolve (SAP HR consultant, SAP TM expert, Lead consultant).
My management always trusted me and gave me more and more responsibilities. I got the opportunity to increase my technical and functionnal skills, and also my management skills.
I'm a pro active person, customer oriented and act as a positive influence on others. I consider that the success is not yours but of the team. We suceed as a team, we fail as a team.
Based on lessons learn, I always share the best practices with the group to increase our performance.
English is my business language, French is my native language and I'm fluent in Spanish.
