After being in 1995 repair manager in ECET (Helicopter ingniters, Angouleme, France) I joined Thales where I'm now Reliability Engineer & Team manager & Project Manager.
Me & my team are working on operational reliability computation for all Thales Avionics products (civil & military). I'm also Project manager of our in'house developped reliability and root cause analysis software shared with all Thales reliability and customer support Depts (worldwide).
I'm in contact with a lot of airlines and repair stations worldwide.
I also work with ATA Reliability Group on ATA SPEC2000 Chpt 11 & 13 normalization.
